Eric & Rebecca Larsen

Eric and Rebecca were married in 1993 and have been working in next-gen ministry since 1990.

A PCA pastor, Eric has degrees from Covenant College, Covenant Seminary, and Fuller Theological Seminary where he earned his doctorate in youth, family and culture. He serves as adjunct professor of applied theology at Covenant Seminary, USA;  Christ Bible Seminary, Japan; San Pablo Seminary, Mexico; and Chalmers Institute, Scotland. The Larsens desire to see ministers equipped to lead the global Church in reaching the next generation.

Eric & Rebecca founded and lead Next and the Next Institute. This includes recruiting, training, sending, and sustaining next-gen ministers around the world. Their goal is to develop next-gen ministry movements by equipping missionaries, national leaders, and local churches to reach the global "10-30 Window" (10-30 year olds). The Larsen’s also invest in mission kids by providing resources, training and care for these Third Culture Kids (TCK) and their parents. Because Eric is a TCK himself, and because he and Rebecca grew up as children of ministry leaders, they understand the unique challenges these families face.
